Anxiety (persistent and excessive worry that interferes with daily activities and may be accompanied by physical symptoms, such as restlessness, feeling on edge or easily fatigued, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension or problems sleeping.)

Depression (feelings of being discouraged, sad, hopeless, unmotivated, or disinterested in life and that interfere with daily activities.)

Life transitions (can create feelings of anxiety and depression with an overwhelming focus on uncertainty, desire to make the "right" or "perfect" decision.)

LGBTQIA+ issues (including difficulty with family members or friends, understanding your gender identity/expression, and creating a safe and supportive community.)

Communication difficulties (difficulty setting boundaries, expressing emotions, connecting emotionally, or even understanding those around you.)

Relationship dynamic stress (divorce, separation, infidelity, communication, loss, or changing relationships such as open relationships or polyamory.)

Anger management (often related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD.)

Trauma (intense, disturbing thoughts and feelings related to past experiences; reliving the event through flashbacks or nightmares; feeling sadness, fear, anger, or detached/estranged from other people.)
